All Sales Are Final
All purchases made at Final Sale Drop are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will make it right. In these cases, you may be eligible for one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement of the same item
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You may be asked to provide photos or other documentation of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
